CANTON MANOR serves solid quality food that's actually quite generous with their portions. First, you can go for good dim sum. Ot comes out steaming hot, always a good sign. Of there's something not available, just mention it to the staff and they may be able to prepare it for you. We also came for dinner on a separate day, focusing on seafood and vegetables. There's a tank of various seafood, so you can get what's fresh. Very tasty dishes! I hope the quality keeps, but you know the chefs and staff rotate around, so go while it's good!

Dim sum is authentic Cantonese style with push carts. There’s a good variety of dim sum and you can order dishes from the kitchen too. Service is friendly but not the most attentive, which a not unusual for dim sum houses. There’s a parking lot with about 15 spots and there’s street parking. We went on a weekday at noon and it was crowded. They have private rooms downstairs and a glass enclosed section near the front that fits two large round tables and a small 4 top.

Our new family go-to for authentic and tasty dim sum. Lake pavilion fell off and these guys filled the void. Super delicious and traditional classics with the efficiency and speed you'd expect. Buns are not to be missed and dumplings are all you'd hope for.

We first came here a few years ago when Canton Manor first opened and the portions were so small that we basically avoided this place ever since. We decided to give this place a second chance this past year, and while it wasn't a full redemption, the food was mediocre enough that it was acceptable. They also fixed their portion issue. One month later, we came back again for the third time and it will be the last time. First of all, as a Chinese person, I was offended by the quality of the fried rice. Clumps of rice that were clearly not broken apart properly could be forgiven as the chef was just not meticulous given how busy Sunday evenings can be. However, the crazy amount of COARSE black pepper that went into that fried rice was unacceptable. Pepper is fine, coarse black pepper and the sheer amount was just... cacio e pepe??? Also the black pepper scallop also had the crazy amount of COARSE black pepper. I understand if they ran out of regular pepper and the coarse black pepper was a last resort substitute, but please use in moderation since it is COARSE black pepper

The food was absolutely delicious—especially the lobster sticky rice, which was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every other dish we tried was also excellent and clearly made with quality ingredients. The only thing to note is that the prices are a bit higher compared to other places, but the taste and quality definitely make it worth it. Would happily come back again!
